Our Beresfield childcare centre located at 11 Lenox St, Beresfield NSW 2322 delivers high-quality early childhood education and care programs for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Featuring five well-resourced classrooms, and two natural outdoor play spaces, Bright Steps Academy Beresfield is the ideal place to shape young minds, nurture curiosity, and inspire a love of learning.
Nutritious meals, nappies and wipes, bedding, sports program, incursions, and a school readiness program are included in our daily fee. Our opening hours are 6:00 am – 6:00 pm on weekdays and parking is available onsite for the convenience of families.
We encourage all interested families to book a tour to meet our team, explore our facilities, and learn more about our early learning programs that focus on supporting children’s complete development.

Welcome From Our Nominated Supervisor, Nikki Murphy
Hello and welcome! My name is Nikki Murphy, and I am the Nominated Supervisor at Bright Steps Academy Beresfield.
As an educator, I believe that every child is a unique individual who needs a strong role model to support them through the most important times of their childhood. Each child deserves a caring, secure, and stimulating environment in which to grow and thrive physically, emotionally, and socially.
My ambition is to create an inviting environment that supports risky play and provides children with a sense of belonging. I endeavour to foster respectful partnerships with families and carers, ensuring that family culture and values are respected and integrated within our service. I strive to collaborate with families to meet their child’s needs and support their growth as individuals.
As a leader, I aim to be strong, fair, supportive, and passionate, which I believe will help both myself and the staff build secure, trusting relationships and thrive together.
