Bright Steps Academy was founded in 2022 by three dads who were driven by a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of children and their families through quality early childhood education and care. Having young children themselves, they understand the challenges of choosing the right early education partner.
They established Bright Steps Academy to provide families with a welcoming early learning community that supports them throughout their parenting journey during their children’s early years.

All Bright Steps Academy childcare centres comply with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
All Bright Steps Academy Early Learning Centres are fully catered for the convenience of families. Our services provide all meals, nappies, wipes, bedding, hats, sunscreen, and water bottles, ensuring stress-free morning routines for parents and children alike.
At Bright Steps Academy, we understand the importance of children developing positive, long-term relationships with their educators and carers. To support team continuity and career fulfilment, we offer ongoing team training and development opportunities to help our team members grow and enhance their skills.
Training takes place both in the classroom and through planned sessions, courses, and information evenings. Our goal is to encourage team members to pursue their professional interests, develop their skills, and progress their careers with Bright Steps Academy.
