Bright Steps Academy began with a simple yet powerful idea — that every child deserves a bright start, and every family deserves support they can trust.
In 2022, three dads came together, bonded by their shared experience of raising young children and navigating the world of early childhood education. They knew the weight of choosing the right centre — a place that felt safe, warm, and genuinely invested in their child’s growth. They didn’t just want childcare — they wanted community, connection, and quality education.
That vision became Bright Steps Academy — a place designed to be your child’s home away from home.
From the very beginning, our goal has been to create nurturing, inclusive environments where families feel welcomed and supported, and children are free to grow, explore, and thrive. We partner with families through every step of the early years, helping to lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning and confidence.

All Bright Steps Academy Early Learning Centres are fully catered for the convenience of families. Our services provide all meals, nappies, wipes, bedding, hats, sunscreen, and water bottles, ensuring stress-free morning routines for parents and children alike.
At Bright Steps Academy, we understand the importance of children developing positive, long-term relationships with their educators and carers. To support team continuity and career fulfilment, we offer ongoing team training and development opportunities to help our team members grow and enhance their skills.
